Working with A Partner

Public Forum is one of the debate events where you need to compete with a partner.

Picking a partner is not easy, and you want to find a partner with similar abilities and interests in debate, but you also need to be prepared to work with your partner. You should not spend all of your time simply trying to find new and better partners. It’s best to try to keep a partner and improve together.

Most importantly, remember that a partner is someone who you want to work with and not against.  The simply reality is that you’ll win more if you work with your partner than if you work against your partner.
